The Guest & Hosted category includes bed & breakfasts, farm and home stays, guest houses,
boutique lodges, providing "home-like" or "character" accommodation.


There's normally emphasis on the personal interaction between the guest and the host.
Our bedrooms may include tea and coffee making facilities, TV and a phone.
Each room has private Lounge facilities. Bathrooms are ensuite.

At Killara, breakfasts are a feature and are part of an all-inclusive tariff.
We offer excellent dinners on request.

It would be easy to expand the catering side of the business or to generate a new guest stream
by offering activities in the grounds, currently we offer Golf which is proving very popular.
