Over 6 months after the fire and STATE Insurance
still claim to be
investigating, not a single cent has been paid to us! |

STATE INSURANCE have not yet accepted or declined our Claim!
Our Beautiful House in the Bay of Islands was destroyed by fire on the night of 9 September '11.
Be WARNED, if your house burns down it is only the start of your problems, your insurance company
may like
State Insurance, take months to accept your claim leaving you HOMELESS, they may even decline your claim without
any real cause
and leave the only option of suing them to make them honour their contract!
However, it appears STATE INSURANCE have adopted a US system to avoid paying claims - DELAY, DENY, DEFEND
under this policy they deliberately set out not to pay your claim irrespective of its merits!
